Plot of Wedding Crashers
In the Wedding Crashers, Jeremy Grey (Vince Vaughn) and John Beckwith (Owen Wilson) are seen as single bachelors and long time friends. They are also business partners in divorce conciliation in Washington D.C. The two friends share a strange springtime hobby, that of crashing weddings. From the rules taught to them by Chazz Reinhold, both Jeremy Grey and John Beckwith discover that women are most romantically vulnerable during weddings. Regardless of the religion or ethnicity of the wedding party, the pair always manages to have a cover story for inquisitive guests. This is how they turn out to be the hit of every reception, and charm their way into bridesmaid’s heart for a single night.
On the wedding day of the daughter of the Treasury Secretary, William Cleary and Kathleen, both John and Jeremy infiltrate the lavish event as brothers.

The duo set their sights on the two bridesmaids, who are the other daughters of Secretary Cleary, Gloria Cleary and Claire. Through the ensuing story of Wedding Crashers, John and Jeremy are seen enduring a multitude of hilarious misfortunes at the hands of the Cleary family members.

The Wedding Crashers have been quite well received by the critics and commercial the movie managed to earn huge revenues. The movie topped the nominations for the year 2006, MTV Movie Awards. The Wedding Crashers won the award for Best Movie, Breakthrough Performance (Isla Fisher) and On-Screen Team (Vaughn and Wilson). The DVD version of Wedding Crashers was released on 3rd January 2006.
