Apollo Creed who is the undefeated champion decides to fight with Rocky. Rocky starts his training with Mickey Gold Mill who was once a bantamweight fighter. Paulie is Rocky's best friend, who works in a meat packing plant. The scene where Rocky practices his punches on the hanging body of the dead animals is quite liked by the audience.
In this film Rocky is in love with Adrian. Rocky boldly fights with Creed. The fight lasts for 15 rounds. At the end of the fight Creed wins by split decision.
