Rambo deviates from the original plan. He embarks on a secret mission to save the POWs. These POW's remain have been held hostage by the sadistic Vietnamese Captain Vinh and his Russian comrade, Lieutenant Colonel Padovsky. Rambo in his mission falls in love with Co Bao. When Co Bao, gets killed by Captain Vinh, Rambo becomes desperate to take revenge. Rambo starts killing his enemies, but does not lose his focus; to rescue the POW's. It needs to be mentioned here that Rambo also has to deal with corrupt officials. Watch this movie, to find out, whether Rambo succeeds in his mission or not.
