Mission:Impossible is a witty and intelligent affair with sophisticated technology and drama. The movie was released in 1996 which was inspired from a television series that ran successfully for quite some time in the CBS network of the United states. It is a high voltage spy movie with the usual twists and turns in the plot sequence. The movie maintains a suspense all through regarding the thief which instigates the officials on a mission.
The cinema plot:
Mission:Impossible traces the workings of the Impossible Force team which is an unauthorized section of the CIA. The leading character of this film Ethan hunt finds himself in trouble when he finds the team members mysteriously dying in the middle of the mission. The mission was in Prague for which they gather was in order to stop official materials from selling. This was informed that a US Diplomat was supposed to do the selling.
Ethan was saved along with other two members who are now on the trail for the criminal. Mystery grips in as people are suspected leading to the end when the traitor is spotted. An agent of the team Phelps is found guilty as the internal betrayer of secrecy and is killed in the ongoing fight. The movie ends with a clue and possibility of the film being made into a sequel.

Tom Cruise was the leading hero, portraying Ethan hunt, the agent in some secret mission. Jon Voight was James Phelps and his wife Claire Phelps was played by Emmanuelle Beart. Some other important actors were Henry Czerny - Eugene Kittridge, Jean Reno , Ving Rhames, along with some others. The budget of the movie was around 80,000,000 to 85,000,000 $. From certain quarters there has been negative response to the film due to its focus on Ethan's character rather than the whole team. The film was declared a hit with huge financial success all over.
