He also did three charity musical concerts, two of which were held in Memphis and another was held in Pearl Harbor. He was appreciated by directors like Michael Curtiz for his polite nature and hard work. Elvis Presley, who created a film genre of his own, was the biggest music sensation ever. His songs like "Return to Sender”, "Can't Help Falling in Love," and "Viva Las Vegas" were great hits. His films and soundtracks he recorded which were released in the 1960s grossed something around $280 million.
In the 1960s, Elvis Presley was amongst the highest paid actors in Hollywood. The last role that he played was in the movie “Change of Habit” which was released in the year 1969. |

In the 1970s his last two films were documentary of concerts. He also made noteworthy recordings in the studio like "Suspicion,", "It Hurts Me" and "Devil in Disguise". In the year 1967, he recorded "Guitar Man”. Elvis Presley acted in more than 30 movies in the 1960s.
