Brief history of Sunset Gower Studios: Sunset Gower Studios was purchased by the GI partners in November 2004. The 6 storey building for Technicolor was constructed in 2006 under the guidance of Robert Papazian, the chief executive officer.
The studio was once the home of Columbia Pictures Studios. The studio has produced some all time great classic movies of Hollywood including Mr. Smith Goes to Washington in 1936, Married... with Children, Frank Capra’s It Happened One Night in 1934, The Good Shepherd and The Good German and famous soap I Dream of Jeannie.
