Establishment of Pantages Theatre: The theater was established in 4th June 1930 as a wing of Pantages Theatre circuit. The theater was designed by Marcus Priteca.
Future plans of Pantages Theatre: There is plan for further increase of space of this heritage theater. The theater will have 10 stories and will be built in Art Deco style. The building will retain its original structure with all modern facilities.
